The data had been taken from Telecom Company.

The data set contains 3333 rows and 21 columns.Each observation of the data set represents an customer.
The data set contains both categorical
and numerical variables.
17 of the 21 variables are numerical where as 4 are considers as categorical variables.
The response variable is
"Churn",
which takes on the values "0" or "1" representing if an customer will churn or not churn at the time of renewing contracts.
There are a total of
3333 observations,
out of which
483
with churn = "1"
and
2850
observations
with churn = "0".
